Middle East Tours (Australia) has designed another unique archaeological and cultural tour of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Our small, fully escorted group visits the oil rich modern cities of Riyadh and Jeddah. Our itinerary allows us to explore old bazaars, Turkish forts and archaeological sites. In the south western mountain region we see wild baboons foraging for food on the side of the road.
Travelling north into the desert regions, we visit ancient Al Jouf, one of the most important regions in the history of Arabia, the old abandoned town of Al Ula and the spectacular rock tombs of Madain Saleh, which were carved by the Nabateans, the people who built the Rose Red City of Petra, in neighbouring Jordan.
Our journey takes us south to the Yemeni border regions where the mud brick skyscraper buildings are still lived in.
We visit picturesque mountain regions, desert oases and drive through the awesome beauty of the desert.
Ladies of the group are required to wear the traditional Abaya gown in public during our stay in the Kingdom.
MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE IS 10 CLIENTS
PLEASE DON'T THINK OUR TOURS ARE PURELY ARCHAEOLOGICAL.
THEY'RE NOT. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE!
Accommodation, all meals and domestic flights in countries visited are included in the tour price for our exclusive, fully escorted small group, all inclusive L.C.O. tours.
This remarkable tour is truly unique
